Yes—referrals from primary care, surgical, and intensivist colleagues are welcomed. Use the referral form for MDRO, complex SSI, FUO, OPAT, and other infectious-disease referrals.
General Medicine

Consultations & Long-Term Care

A detailed history, focused examination, review of any prior investigations, and a written plan covering investigations, treatment, and follow-up. Bring any past prescriptions, lab reports, and imaging.

Yes. Chronic disease management is a core part of the practice—regular review of medications, lab trends, lifestyle and risk factors, with adjustments calibrated to your goals.

Annual review is the usual rhythm for healthy adults. Earlier or more frequent reviews are recommended if you have a family history of chronic disease, a known risk factor (e.g. metabolic, cardiovascular), or are starting a new long-term medication.
Infectious Diseases

Specialist Consultations

Recurrent or unresolved fever, infections that haven’t responded to standard antibiotics, suspected drug-resistant organisms, chronic infections (TB, HIV, hepatitis), and complex post-operative or implant-related infections all benefit from specialist input.

Any prior cultures and sensitivity reports, blood work (CBC, CRP, procalcitonin), imaging, prior antibiotic courses with doses and durations, and discharge summaries from previous admissions.

Yes—referrals from primary care, surgical, and intensivist colleagues are welcomed. For MDRO and stewardship-related referrals, please attach the culture report and current antimicrobial chart.
Immunization

Adult, Travel & High-Risk Vaccination

Routine adult schedules typically include Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), influenza, pneumococcal, shingles (for age ≥ 50), and hepatitis B—adapted to your age, occupational exposure, and co-morbidities.

At least 4–6 weeks before departure for most destinations. Some vaccines (e.g. rabies pre-exposure, Japanese Encephalitis) need multi-dose schedules, so an earlier consultation gives more options.

Yes—corporate wellness immunization is offered, including pre-drive risk screening, scheduling, on-site administration, and post-vaccination documentation. Contact the clinic for a proposal.
Infection Prevention & Control

Audits, Outbreaks & Policy

On-site walk-through of high-risk areas (OT, ICU, CSSD, isolation), document review (policies, surveillance logs, training records), hand-hygiene compliance observation, and a written report with prioritized recommendations.

Initial telephonic triage on the same day, with on-site outbreak investigation typically arranged within 24–48 hours depending on geography and severity.

Yes. Policies are drafted in line with WHO, CDC, and NABH/NICE guidance and then adapted to your facility’s scale, service mix, and existing workflows so they are actually usable at the bedside.
Clinical Microbiology

Diagnostics & Stewardship

Most empiric prescribing can be tightened or de-escalated once cultures and sensitivities are available—reducing toxicity, cost, and the selective pressure that drives resistance. Stewardship reviews bring that interpretation to the bedside.

When time-to-diagnosis matters (sepsis, meningitis), when conventional cultures are likely to be negative (prior antibiotics, fastidious organisms), or when resistance markers change the regimen materially. PCR/NAAT panels are chosen, not reflexively ordered.

Yes—remote interpretation of reports, antibiogram review, and protocol design for sample collection and transport are offered. The goal is to make sure the clinical conclusion drawn from a report is as good as the report itself.
